How should I take Doxycycline?
Take the dose at the same time each day for as long as your doctor tells you to. This way you can be sure the infection is gone.
It’s best to take the capsules while standing so you don’t get nauseous. If you forget to take a capsule, take it as soon as you remember. But don’t double up on your next dose.

You won’t usually get strong side effects. But you may get nauseous, vomit or have diarrhoea. You may also feel the following:
