Medical enquiries
You can contact our prescribers through your patient area. To access your patient area, you need to be registered and logged in. Messages can be exchanged with the prescriber securely (encrypted) once you have placed an order for your prescription medication.
Medical emergencies
THIS SERVICE IS NOT FOR EMERGENCY USE
In case of a medical emergency, please call the NHS on 111 or for life-threatening emergencies, please dial 999.
