Dermol 200 shower emollient is an antimicrobial shower emollient and moisturiser for the management of dry and itchy skin conditions, especially eczema and dermatitis.
It contains emollient oils in a non-greasy aqueous system with antiseptic to provide relief to inflammatory dry skin conditions such as atopic eczema and dermatitis. It helps to cleanse skin and remove surface debris without losing the skin's natural oils. This product can be used directly on the skin or as a soap substitute.
Dermol 200 Shower Emollient contains four main ingredients: liquid paraffin and isopropyl myristate, both of which have moisturising properties. It also contains benzalkonium chloride and chlorhexidine hydrochloride, which are antiseptics.
Using Dermol 200 shower emollient regularly can help prevent flare-ups.
