Hycosan extra eye drops are made to rehydrate and give a soothing effect to extremely dry eyes. This medication is designed with 4x more thickness than Hycosan and contains 0.2% hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring component in the eyes, that helps to provide intensive lubrication for tackling severely dried eyes. It is a preservative-free formula that also treats other eye-related issues, such as, discomfort due to irritation, prolonged screen time and environmental factors.

Take off the cap from the bottle.

If you are using this product for the first time, hold the bottle upside down towards your face between your fingers and thumb, and pump the base for the solution to appear to get the product ready to use as normal.

Hold the bottle with two fingers at the base and thumb on the shoulder of the bottle.

Tilt your head back and gently pull your lower eyelid downwards.

Press the bottle with your fingers and thumb to dispense 1 drop for each eye.

Keep eyes closed and allow the solution to spread in the eyes evenly.

This product can be used as many times as required to keep your eyes moisturised.

Make sure to not touch the dropper to the eye.

This product is compatible with contact lenses, so you can use it while wearing contact lenses.

Hycosan Extra Eye Drops can be used for meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD – very dry eyes) and to treat severe or persistent allergy symptoms, such as burning, dryness, inflamed, itching or red eyes.

Use only for 6 months after opening.

You may experience temporarily blurred vision after each use due to the thick consistency of the product. This is normal and your eyes should go back to normal within a minute after the eye drops are absorbed.
