Otrivine Sinusitis spray gives quick relief from congested or stuffy nose within 2 minutes. It is formulated to provide a long-lasting relief for up to 10 hours from nasal blockage linked with sinusitis. The key ingredient ‘xylometazoline hydrochloride’ used in Otrivine Sinusitis Spray aids in narrowing the blood vessels, reducing inflammation and swelling to clear up mucus for a better breathing experience.
Directions

Clean your nose before using this medication.

Pump the bottle 4 times to charge the nozzle and use as normal throughout the day.

Take off the cap on the nozzle.

Close one nostril with your finger and insert the nozzle in the other one.

Squeeze the bottle and sniff at the same time (1 pump for every use).

Clean the nozzle and put the protective cap back on.

Please note that if you have not used the medicine in up to 7 days, you will have to pump the bottle 4 times again to reactivate it.

This medication can be used 2-3 times in each nostril every day.

1 bottle should be used by 1 person.

You can use this treatment for 7 days continuously.

Otrivine Sinusitis Spray is only for individuals over 12 years of age (children and adults).

Using Otrivine Sinusitis Spray may cause side effects, including redness of the skin, nosebleed, itching, dryness in the nose, headaches etc. Although these side effects are unlikely to occur, you should immediately stop using the medication and consult with your doctor/pharmacist.

More severe side effects include swelling in any part of the face, difficulty in breathing and swallowing, skipped or irregular heartbeat etc. Immediately discontinue use if any of the previously mentioned symptoms appear and seek medical attention.

If your nose stays congested for more than 3 days after using this medication, contact your doctor/pharmacist for further instructions.

Once opened, do not use this medication for more than 28 days.
