Returns & Refund Policy

Returns within 14 days

You can return the items you have ordered from us within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund. To start the return process by first sending us an email or calling us on 0207 867 3932.

We cannot accept returns for the following, unless they are received damaged, faulty or incorrect:

  • Opened items which came with a protective seal.
  • Items used in any way.
  • Medicines which have been dispensed on a prescription.

Items should be returned to the return address printed on the delivery label by recorded post. You are not required to pay for the cost of postage if returning damaged or faulty items.

Refunds

We will issue a refund once we receive your items and confirmed they are unused. For orders cancelled before dispatch or declined by the independent prescriber, refunds will be processed the next working day. Refunds usually take between 3-5 working days to appear in your bank account.
