Treatment Information
Overview
Silderm Scar Spray reduces the redness and decreases the size of new or old scars. It contains silicone, which is clinically proven to be effective against scars. It is particularly effective against red and raised scars. The spray formulation is odour-free and easy to apply.
Directions
SilDerm Scar Spray can be easily sprayed over the scars. Follow these instructions to use it effectively:
-
Clean and dry the scar.
-
Spray to make a thin layer covering the scar.
-
Allow it to dry.
For best results, use SilDerm Scar Spray twice daily and keep the dried spray on for 12 hours or more.
Once it has dried, you can wear makeup or sunscreen over it.
Spray enough quantity to make a thin layer that dries within 5 minutes. If it does not dry after 5 minutes, gently wipe any excess spray with a tissue.
Use it for 60 to 90 days. If you see improvements, continue using it even after 90 days. Bigger scars usually require prolonged use.
