Overview
Sterimar Cold Defence is highly concentrated and filtered seawater. It treats and prevents cold symptoms. Its natural ingredients destroy bacteria and viruses and strengthen the body’s defence against infections. It is free of steroids and artificial preservatives.
Directions
Follow these steps to use Sterimar Cold Defence:

Shake the bottle well.

Remove the dust cover.

Blow your nose as usual.
-
Hold the bottle upright in your hand.
-
Close one nostril with the other hand.
-
Put the nozzle in the open nostril.
-
Tilt your head slightly to the side of the open nostril.

Spray twice and start to breathe in slowly through your nose.

Breathe out through your mouth.
-
Remove the nozzle from this nostril and breathe out through your mouth.

After 2 minutes, wipe your nose.

Repeat the same procedure for the other nostril.

Wash the nozzle with soap and water, and dry it with a cloth.

Put on the dust cap.
- Spray 2 puffs into each nostril up to 6 times a day.
Storage

Store at 18-20°C.

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Do not use after the expiration date printed on the bottle.

Do not apply it on open wounds or damaged skin.

Do not swallow it.

Not suitable for babies under 3 months.

Children must be supervised when using this product.

Do not use if:

You are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- You have an injury in your nose or a recent nose surgery.

Sterimar Cold Defence is considered a safe medication. However, it can cause the following side in some individuals:
