Overview
The dual action formula of Otex express ear drops helps to soften and remove hardened ear wax from the ear canal effectively. It is available in liquid form, which is administered by using a dropper. A syringe, included with this product, helps to remove the wax from the ear when softened with the drops.
Hardened ear wax is a common issue for most people. If you feel discomfort and fullness in the ear, then this is the first sign of excessive wax. If this problem is not treated on time, it can cause pain, dizziness, and some loss of hearing. Otex Express can be used to remove the hardened wax and relieve such issues.

Gently administer up to 5 drops into the ear after slightly tilting your head.

Wait a few minutes so the drops reach the hardened wax, and then wipe the excess with a tissue.

Wash your hands after use thoroughly.

You can repeat this process once or twice daily for approximately 3 to 4 days if needed until symptoms clear

It is recommended to close the cap tightly after use and put the bottle back in the carton.

This product should be utilised within the first 4 weeks after opening the pack and should be discarded after 4 weeks.

Do not use after expiration date.

Do not use it within reach of children or allow them to see where it is stored.

This product should not be stored at a temperature above 25°C.

If your eardrum is damaged, avoid these drops.

Consult your doctor before using it if you are allergic to any of the ingredients used in the preparation of the medicine.

After syringing, these drops should not be used for 2-3 days.
- Should not be used if the person is going to use anything else in the ear, like ear drops or a hearing aid.
Do not use if:

If you have dizziness or any other ear problem such as pain, discharge, inflammation, infection, or if any other thing has been put in the ear.

If you have an ear problem history, consult your doctor before use. Keep away from eyes. In case of irritation or pain during the treatment or if the symptoms do not fade away, discontinue the use of these drops and consult a doctor.
- Do not use this drop if you are using the hearing aid instrument.
Otex Express normally has no side effects, but in rare cases it can result in pain in your ears, especially in the case when your inner ear lining is damaged, broken or infected. Then using these drops can be harmful.
