Treatment Information
Overview
Driclor Antiperspirant Roll-On is designed to manage excessive sweating, also known as hyperhidrosis, which can be uncomfortable and sometimes embarrassing. If you sweat heavily, even under normal conditions, Driclor Roll-On can help.
Its active ingredient, aluminium chloride, works by forming a gel matrix that blocks the sweat glands in the applied area. This creates pressure within the glands, signaling the brain to reduce sweat production.
Although commonly used for armpits, Driclor is also effective for other areas prone to heavy sweating, such as the hands and feet.
Directions
Always apply the Driclor antiperspirant to clean and dry skin before bedtime. The best way to use is to clean the affected area and thoroughly dry it. Now, apply a small amount and let it dry completely before putting on clothes (in the case of armpits). Make sure to wash it off in the morning. Do not reapply after washing off during the day. You can continue using your deodorant to keep you fresh.
Continue using it for about two weeks. After that, you should notice a considerable reduction in sweating during the day. Then, you can reduce the usage to once or twice weekly.
If you are using it for your armpits, avoid using it right after shaving as it may cause irritation.
