Directions

First, clean the nose thoroughly.

Do not lean back your head.

Keep one nostril close and enter the nozzle in the other nostril.

Spray the medicine inside the nostril. At this step, do not sniff or inhale.

Blow your nose.

Repeat the same process on the other nostril.

It is important to clean the nozzle with soapy water and dry the nasal spray before storing in a cool place after each use.

Sterimar Isotonic Nasal Spray can be used every day for up to 2-6 times, or as directed by your doctor.
