Nurofen Plus dual action formula is designed to manage severe to moderate pain. Its two active ingredients in its dual action formula, ibuprofen and codeine, provide fast-acting pain relief caused by various conditions, such as rheumatic and muscular pain, cold and flu symptoms, migraines, headaches, period pain, and dental pain. Nurofen Plus is suitable in all those situations where other painkillers fail to work.
Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory drug used to relieve and ease the inflammation and pain in the body, while codeine, which is an opioid, works to further relieve and reduce the pain. The combined effect of these two ingredients changes the body's response to pain, swelling and high temperature.

Adults should take 1 or 2 Nurofen Plus tablets every 4 hours as needed.

Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours.

Do not use Nurofen Plus for more than 3 consecutive days without advice from a pharmacist or GP.

Codeine, one of the active ingredients, can cause addiction if misused.
