Nicorette Gum is used to help individuals quit smoking by relieving cravings and withdrawal symptoms. This gum provides nicotine to the body, which passes through the mouth, and satsfies the urge to smoke. It also satisfies the need for oral fixation,and works as an alternative to cigarettes.
Directions

2 mg Gum is recommended for light smokers. For those who take less than 20 cigarettes a day

4 mg Gum is suitable for chain smokers. For those who smoke more than 20 cigarettes per day.

Chew one piece of Nicorette Gum. Chew it till it shows a strong taste.

Rest the gum between your cheek and gum.

Let the nicotine absorb. Do not chew it continuously.

Chew the gum again when the taste becomes dull.

Continue this process for about 30 minutes.

Chew one piece of Nicorette Gum when you feel you want to smoke, but do not eat more than 15 pieces in a single day.
Dosage:

Weeks 1-6: Use 1 piece of gum every 1 to 2 hours. Chew at least 9 gums every day in the first 6 months.

Weeks 7-9: Use 1 piece of gum every 2-4 hours.
- Weeks 10-12: Use 1 piece of gum every 4-8 hours. If you want to have good results, you should follow this routine.
If you have strong cravings, you can use a second piece within 1 hour.

Do not use Nicorette Gum if you have an allergy to nicotine or any of its ingredients.

Take advice for use from a medical specialist if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you are taking medications such as theophylline, clozapine, or ropinirol, seek medical advice before using this product.
