Sudafed Congestion & Headache Relief Day & Night Capsules help relieve cold and flu symptoms like a stuffed nose, headache, fever, sore throat, aches, and pains. The day capsules can reduce feeling tired or drowsy. The night capsules relieve pressure and swelling in your nose, so breathing is easier when you sleep.
The day capsules contain paracetamol, phenylephrine, and caffeine. Together, they give strong pain relief and help clear congestion, reduce sinus pressure, and unblock your nose. This max strength formula works hard for both teens and adults 16 years of age and older.
Daytime Capsules:
- Take 2 red or yellow capsules every 4-6 hours, up to 3 times a day.
Nighttime Capsules:
- Take 2 dark blue or light blue capsules at bedtime.
- Swallow capsules whole with water, do not chew.
- Do not take more than 6 Day Capsules and 2 Night Capsules in 24 hours.
- Leave at least 4–6 hours between each dose.
- See your doctor if the symptoms don't improve after 3 days of use.
