Its active ingredients relax tense head and neck muscles and relieve the pain. This is ideal for those who suffer from migraines and can’t or don’t want to take tablets. 4Head strips are thin and flexible, easy to apply, and can be used for up to six hours, helping to keep the pain at bay whenever required.
Each 4Head strip contains an enhanced hydrogel that is designed to give a cool sensation as soon as it is applied. It does this by drawing water into it and then using evaporation to cool the forehead area of the body. 4Head strips also contain levomenthol which is an active ingredient that provides a cooling effect that kills the pain and relaxes the muscles at the back of the head and neck.

Before using your 4Head strips, it is important to clean and dry the affected area.

Remove one 4Head strip from the resealable laminate sachet and remove the transparent film from the back of the strip.

Put the 4Head strip onto your forehead and apply it gently by pressing it.

This strip can be used for as long as you need it and then disposed of with your regular household waste.
