Nurofen maximum strength migraine pain (684 mg) caplets provide targeted and rapid relief from migraine and headache pain. It contains a kind of ibuprofen which breaks down easily in the body. With the help of this, the medicine is easily absorbed into the bloodstream and so gets to the root of pain quickly.
Ibuprofen lysine is a group of medicines known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), which provide relief by changing the body's response to pain, high temperatures and swelling.
Directions
For use by adults and children of 12 years and over:

Swallow 1 caplet with water, then if necessary take 1 caplet every 4 hours.

Do not take more than 3 caplets in one day.

Not advisable for children below 12 years.

Nurofen Maximum Strength Migraine Pain 684mg Caplets must be avoided if you:

Have ever had a perforation,stomach ulcer, or bleeding

Have severe liver, heart disease, or kidney issues.

Experience, itchy runny nose, asthma, allergic rash, with using ibuprofen, aspirin or similar medicine

Are allergic to ibuprofen, to any of the ingredient such as aspirin or/and any other NSAIDs

Are taking other NSAIDs painkillers,

Are in the last 3 months of pregnancy

Are below 12 years.

Ingredients
Each caplet contains an active ingredient:
- Ibuprofen Lysine 684mg (equivalent to Ibuprofen 400mg).
Additional ingredients:
- Povidone, sodium starch glycollate, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, talc, Opaspray White M-1-7111B (contains hypromellose and titanium dioxide) and Black Ink (contains Shellac, Iron Oxide Black E172 and Propylene Glycol).
