Tiger Balm white ointment is a popular ointment used to relieve pain. It is derived from a combination of ingredients that are used in traditional medicine. This ointment has a unique fragrance that is quite calming and does not leave a greasy residue on the skin.
Tiger Balm can be used by adults and children over the age of 2 years for temporary relief from minor muscular aches and pains.
Tiger Balm can also be used by adults only for the management of tension headaches. The kind of headache that one may develop when the head, neck and shoulder muscles are contracted due to fatigue, stress or strain.

Tiger Balm White is for external use only.

It is recommended to clean the area that is to be treated before applying.

Wash hands immediately after use.

For muscular aches and pains take a small amount of ointment and massage it on the affected area of the skin two to three times or as necessary.

If your symptoms do not improve after two weeks or get worse, visit your doctor for advice.

For tension headaches, apply the ointment to the forehead and rub it slowly in a circular motion. A pea-sized amount of ointment will be enough to cover the area being treated.

If your headache has not improved, repeat this application after 30 minutes and then one hour.

If your symptoms persist for more than 24 hours or if they recur over the next 7 days, seek medical advice.
It is important to keep the following warnings and precautions in mind while using this ointment:

Do not apply this ointment to broken or irritated skin.

If you feel any sort of rash or itching or any kind of allergy, then it is advised to stop using the product and consult a physician or a chemist.

Tiger Balm is not used to treat headaches in children.

If a child swallows Tiger Balm by mistake, seek immediate medical attention. Do not apply a double amount to try and compensate for a missed application.
The active ingredients include: cajuput oil 13.0%w/w, camphor 11.0%w/w, levomenthol 8.0%w/w and clove oil 1.5%w/w. The other ingredients are dementholised mint oil, yellow soft paraffin and hard paraffin.
