Overview
Cytistine is a plant-based medicine that helps people quit smoking. It contains seeds of laburnum species that mimic the effects of nicotine and manipulate your brain to make you feel as if you have just had a cigarette. Research has shown that Cytisine is an effective treatment that does not only help to minimise cravings for smoking, but also increases your chances to quit smoking completely.
Although there are no reported side effects, common side effects are normal, including changes in appetite, mood swings, weight loss/gain, dry mouth, rashes, heartburn, muscle pain, fatigue, high/low blood pressure, sleeping problems etc.
Directions

Day 1-3: Take 1 tablet with water after every 2 hours (6 tablets in 24 hours)

Day 4-12: Take 1 tablet with water after every 2.5 hours (5 tablets in 24 hours)

Day 13-16: Take 1 tablet with water after every 3 hours (4 tablets in 24 hours)

Day 17-20: Take 1 tablet with water after every 5 hours (3 tablets in 24 hours)

Day 21-25: Take 1-2 with water tablets a day (maximum 2 tablets in 24 hours)

Cytisine should be used on the day you decide to stop smoking (your last cigarette)

In case you forget a dose, do not take a double dose. Take your next dose as usual

It is recommended to follow exact time intervals for doses by setting a reminder or alarm
- No more than 6 tablets should be consumed in a day as it can cause harmful effects
Cytisine is a 25-day course, which increases your chances to quit smoking by 75%. This medication can be used again after 2-3 months gap since the first course if you fail to quit smoking in the first attempt.

Immediately discontinue use and consult your doctor if you experience adverse effects, such as vomiting, blurred vision, sudden breathlessness, seizures, abnormal blood pressure etc.

This product should be taken with caution if you suffer from heart or blood related problems, atherosclerosis, peripheral vascular disease, gastric, ulcer or other gut issues, diabetes, hyperactive thyroid, schizophrenia etc. Consult your doctor before use to ensure safety.

Because effects of this product are unknown on pregnant, breastfeeding women and women trying for a baby, you should always consult with the doctor/pharmacist before use for further instructions.
