• Choose a clean, dry and hairless area of skin on the front or side of the chest, upper arm, or hip.

• Avoid applying the patch to any areas of skin which are red, cut, or perforated.

• Do not apply oil or talcum powder to the skin before pasting the patch because these substances may hinder adhesion.

• Use a different area of the skin each day. Using a single spot daily may cause irritation.

How to apply the patch:

• Wash your hands with clean water before applying the patch.

• Open the sachet by cutting along the edge with scissors or some other sharp tool.

• Take out the patch from the sachet, peel away one part of the silvery aluminum backing. Try not to touch the sticky surface with your fingers.

• Place the sticky side of the patch on the chosen skin area. Then peel off the remaining backing.

• Press the patch firmly onto the skin with your fingertips. Make sure the edges are well-sealed by tapping your fingers around the patch.

Removal and disposal of the patch:

• Remove the patch before going to bed. This patch is specifically designed to be used while awake. It should be kept on the body for 16 hours and then removed at bed time.

• After removing the patch, fold it with the sticky sides together. Place it either inside the opened sachet or a piece of aluminum foil. Dispose of it in the rubbish bin.

Dosage and Duration:

• Use one new patch each day in the morning ,and remove it 16 hours later, specifically at bedtime.

• Use each patch for a single use.

• If the patch is lost while working, bathing, or showering, you can replace it with a new patch the same day.

• Children aged 12 to 18 years should not use these patches for more that 12 weeks without the advice of a healthcare professional.

•  Adults over 18 years should not use them for more than 9 months in total without medical advice.
